Accuracy and fairness
Check names, figures, dates and source context. A quotation is an attributed statement, not automatic proof. Separate news, analysis, opinion, original reporting and licensed material. Seek relevant responses to serious allegations where appropriate and safe.
Images and sources
Respect source safety, human dignity and publication rights. Do not present synthetic imagery as documentary evidence. Review captions, alterations and translations that could change meaning. RSS access alone is not permission to reproduce complete articles or images.
Review and correction
Translations require human editorial review. Changes to source reporting can require renewed translation review. Material corrections and retractions should identify what changed and retain an editorial record.
