Theme and saved-story preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes those local preferences. Page requests and search terms reach the hosting service; technical access data may be processed to deliver and protect the site. No advertising or audience-analytics integration is configured in this edition.
Accounts and messages
The hosted newsroom stores account, content and audit records with restricted editorial access. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. Public submission forms are unavailable. If you email OnePress, your message also passes through the email services involved; do not assume anonymity or send sensitive source information.
Questions and retention
Account and audit records support administration, security and editorial accountability. This notice does not promise automatic deletion or specify a fixed retention period.
