Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Saif Al-Nasser Al-Tijani Haroun, discussed with the delegation of the Future Union Holding Company, headed by the CEO of the company, Abdul Jalil Samir Abdul Jalil Sharaf, opportunities for cooperation and partnership in the implementation of transport and infrastructure projects in Sudan.
The meeting discussed the prospects of cooperation in the development of seaports, railway links, the construction and development of roads and bridges, as well as the modernization of transport networks and logistics services, and the mechanisms of coordination with the competent authorities to study the proposed projects and determine the priorities of their implementation.
The minister stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation with regional companies, studying the projects in line with the priorities of the transport and infrastructure sector, and contributing to support the reconstruction efforts and economic development in Sudan.
