– The Popular Resistance in North Darfur state announced its readiness to support the battle to liberate the city of El-Fasher and the cities of the state, confirming the completion of the mobilization arrangements and the opening of an advanced training camp for the residents of the state in Khartoum, in coordination with the command of the 6th Infantry Division.
This came during an inspection visit by the Popular Resistance Command, today, to the headquarters of the 6th Infantry Division forces at Camp Eagles in Khartoum, headed by the head of the resistance in the state, Mohammed al-Nour Hamid Aoki, and the membership of Colonel (M) Mustafa al-Fadl Awadallah, military adviser to the resistance, and Professor Al-Tijani Abdullah Saleh, and Professor Adam Yacoub Jadid.
The delegation was received by the commander of Camp Eagles, Brigadier General Zinedine Mohammed Zinedine, where the delegation stood at the level of readiness and morale of the forces, and received military enlightenment on the operational situation in the axis of North Darfur, and the steadfastness of the Sixth Division in the face of the siege of El Fasher, and its response to more than 283 attacks from the Rapid Support Militia, according to the enlightenment, with loss of lives and equipment included a number of its leaders.
The head of the Popular Resistance Mohammed al-Nur Aoki said that the visit comes within the framework of the support of the armed forces and the strengthening of the home front, and an affirmation of the cohesion of the people of the state with the army, and a message of loyalty to the steadfast people of El-Fasher.
He added that the resistance has completed all arrangements to open an advanced camp in Khartoum to train the state's officials, stressing the continuation of its efforts until the liberation of El-Fasher and all areas of North Darfur.
For his part, the military advisor of the resistance, Colonel Mustafa al-Fadhel, praised the sacrifices and steadfastness of the Sixth Division and the supporting forces, stressing that the coordination between the resistance and the division has reached its final stages, and that the mobilized are ready to engage in the battle.
He praised the martyrs of the division and the supporting forces, wishing for the speedy recovery of the wounded and the return of the missing and prisoners.
