A report published by Africa Intelligence revealed the continuation of communication channels between the Rapid Support Forces and Israel since the outbreak of the war in Sudan, pointing out that these contacts were not limited to the political side, but extended to the fields of security, intelligence, surveillance techniques and military technology.

Delegations associated with the Rapid Support Forces visited Tel Aviv during May 2025 and February 2026, in contacts that the sources said remained between the two sides despite the developments of the Sudanese war and its regional complications.

The report said one of the visits included Abd al-Rahim Hamdan Dagalo, deputy commander of the Rapid Support Forces and brother of its commander Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, along with their younger brother, al-Ghoni Hamdan Dagalo.

He also mentioned the participation of Ezz al-Din al-Safi, legal adviser to the Rapid Support Forces, in another visit, according to information reported by the website.

Africa Intelligence quoted its sources as saying that the cooperation and communication included security and intelligence files, surveillance techniques, as well as technology with military uses.

On the other side of the report, the site spoke of logistical networks linked to Israel, which, according to the sources on which it was based, are believed to have contributed to the transfer of shipments to neighboring countries, including arms shipments, in what it described as a regional supply network linked to the Rapid Support Forces.

This information is particularly important in light of the escalating regional dimension of the Sudanese war and the increasing talk of cross-border supply lines, alliances and interest networks that are now directly affecting the course of military operations.

OnePress confirms that the information about the visits, the nature of the cooperation and the supply networks described above is attributed to the Africa Intelligence Report and its sources, and its details need to be independently verified by the parties involved.
