Sudanese PM directs energy ministry to return electricity to central market

Prime Minister Professor Kamel Idriss visited this afternoon the central market in Khartoum, accompanied by the Governor of Khartoum State, Mr. Ahmed Osman Hamza, and the Advisor to Prime Minister Nizar Abdullah.

The Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Energy to return electricity to the central market, and stressed the need to organize and prepare the central market in line with the convenience of the citizen.

The prime minister stressed that his visit today to the central market comes to help and serve the citizen, adding, "The citizen is the most precious thing we have."

A number of citizens and traders in the Central Market expressed their happiness with the visit of His Excellency the Prime Minister, stressing their support and stand behind the government of hope, and chanting the slogan (one army, one people).
