Kabashi performs Eid al-Adha prayer in Omdurman and calls for security and stability in Sudan

A member of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council Shams al-Din Kabashi performed Eid al-Adha prayers this morning in Qashlak Suleiman Bishara in the city of Omdurman, in the presence of the commander of Wadi Saydna military district, Walid Abdul Qader Ahmed Ahabna and a number of officers and citizens.

After the prayer, Kabbashi exchanged congratulations with the worshippers on the occasion of Eid, expressing his hope that God will restore the occasion to Sudan and may achieve security, stability and peace in various parts of the country.

He called on the Sudanese official to adhere to the values of brotherhood and solidarity embodied in the occasion, hoping that God will accept the favor of business and that the holiday will bear the good news for the Sudanese.

The occasion comes at a time when the country is witnessing official and community efforts to support stability and create conditions for the return of normal life in a number of areas.
